I know most of my dedicated blog lurkers (all two of you) have patiently waited for the outcome of my evaluation. Blurkers, your wait is over!
The evaluation covered general categories such as Technical, Professionalism, Marketability, Communication, Interaction w/Others, and Expectations. I won’t disclose my eval ratings per category, as that *may* be crossing some HR line out there.
However, I ran the numbers, the breakdown is this:
- 66% ROCK STAR
- 33% LEAD GUITARIST
- 1% KEYTARIST
If only I could influence corporate human resources everywhere to adopt this evaluation benchmark nomenclature. Right now, I have to go practice my hot hot keytar solo.
